HR Coordinator – Private Equity Firm
Location: London (Hybrid)
£50,000 – 55,000
Frazer Jones is partnering with a confidential private equity firm to recruit an experienced and proactive Senior HR Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced environment where operational excellence and innovation are central to the firm’s success.
The HR Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (Workday and related tools)
- Support onboarding processes, including compliance and orientation delivery
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across departments
- Manage HR documentation, templates, and digital filing systems
- Assist with intern recruitment and programme coordination
- Organise employee recognition initiatives and engagement events
- Draft and distribute monthly employee newsletters
- Provide timely and professional support for routine HR queries
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration
- Workday systems experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred
- Discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive information
- Collaborative and service-oriented mindset
