THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Head of Scrum Management to support Agile teams within our Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring they work efficiently, deliver value, and adhere to SAFe principles. You will play a key role in enabling high performance, removing delivery barriers, and promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) within the context of SAFe.
- Support Agile Release Train events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering value for our composable banking platform.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritised backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices to improve maturity and delivery effectiveness.
- Foster strong communication, collaboration, and alignment between teams, Product Management, and other ART roles.
- Promote transparency through reporting, metrics, and visual management tools.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe or large-scale Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on SAFe delivery experience.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
- Ability to manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification highly desirable.
- Care about best practices in AGILE SAFe.
- Commit to the success of the Temenos ART's.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team to deliver for our clients.
