Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Customer data Insights Manager to work closely with Strategic Planning Manager helping with data analysis to understand customer behavior and support business with customer insights across the LATAM region.

Integrate data form multiple sources to generate a unified consumer view to enable data analysis.

Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to identify business requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights. Support strategic planning and decision-making based on data.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Perform hands-on analysis to generate customer data insights.
• Utilize advanced analytics to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Create data mapping and enhance end points integration into a big data platform.
• Establish and maintain a center of excellence for consumer data insights, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Train and educate employees on data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies to increase the adoption of data-driven approaches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R along with proficiency in using data visualization and BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineer, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a D2C or business context.
• Experience in data analytics and translation of insight to business .
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced English Skills.
