The product is already in-market and growing fast; now it’s about reimagining its architecture to handle the scale and sophistication of large enterprise clients. This is a rare chance to get in at the inflection point - helping design the systems, subsystems, and patterns that will power the next chapter of the platform.

About You

• Experienced backend-leaning full stack engineer with solid fundamentals in TypeScript + Node.js
• Confident in system design and architecture, especially scaling and migrating live systems
• Strong communicator - clear, structured, and comfortable collaborating across teams
• Thrive in ownership-heavy environments where you help shape both the product and the tech
• Balanced mindset - understand trade-offs, clarify before building, and always think about the “why” behind what you’re building
• Bonus: exposure to multi-tenant SaaS, Elastic/OpenSearch, or serverless environments
