🚀 The Role

As a Front End React Developer, you will be at the heart of our product, building the beautiful and highly functional interface that our users love. You will work closely with our team to turn our vision into a fast, scalable, and seamless reality. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring you to be in our Sydney CBD office at least 2 - 3 days per week.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and NextJS.
• Collaborating with our design team to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, functional components.
• Working with complex JSON data 
• Ensuring our application is performant, scalable, and reliable enough to handle high volumes of traffic.
• Taking ownership of features and contributing to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• 3+ years of professional experience in front end development.
• Deep expertise in React and NextJS, with a strong portfolio of projects to prove it (can be personal)
• Proficiency in modern CSS and extensive experience working with complex JSON data structures.
• Proven experience building user-centric, responsive interfaces for high-profile, high-traffic websites.
• Strong work ethic and being a team player
• You must be currently based in Sydney with the right to work in Australia and the ability to commute to our CBD office.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-have):

• Experience configuring and working with headless CMS platforms for NextJS (e.g. Strapi, Sanity, Payload, etc).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• A working knowledge of Python & Django
• An interest in travel, flights, and loyalty programs. You understand the thrill of finding that perfect reward seat!
• A high-level understanding of the travel tech ecosystem, including GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre)
