Program Manager

Role: Senior Manager-Program Delivery Consultant

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in program management or project delivery within the telecom industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of telecom network infrastructure, telecom services, or telecom product development.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, such as 5G, SDN, NFV, fiber optics, and wireless communication systems.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and related tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations and make sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• Experience with cloud technologies, IoT, and digital transformation initiatives in the telecom space.
• Knowledge of telecom regulations, standards, and industry trends.
