Company Description
Our Finance ERP Design & Implementation team provides internal solution consulting to help our business understand its needs and works with our CTG teams to determine how the business requirements can be met within our SAP and ICS framework. The team manages internal projects within KPMG from initial design discussions, through to requirement and process definition, testing, implementation and change management. The team is a group of highly skilled Business Analysts that provide Subject Matter Expertise and act as the conduct between the business and our technology teams.

Job Description
Your Opportunity
As a Business Analyst in the Finance ERP Design & Implementation team, you will work on process improvement projects, related system changes, while also supporting the Associate Director with key BAU tasks. You will also be involved in
- Documentation and/or analysis of business requirements relating to relevant applications and business procedures, including key stakeholder engagement to ensure requirements are fully identified
- Manage end to end implementation of small-scale change requests being co-ordinated by Finance
- Co-ordinate, plan and execute user acceptance testing and business verification testing of system changes for projects and BAU activities
- Preparation of system support documentation including Quick Reference guides and other training and reference materials to support process and system changes
- Prepare and deliver training to key user groups as required

- Business Analysis - One of the key deliverables of this role is the on-going improvements to business processes, requiring strong analytical skills
- Previous experience with SAP or other integrated systems experience - To enable an understanding of business requirements and potential solutions
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/IT - Understands the impacts of systems processes and accounting practices
- Verbal and written communication - The key deliverable of the role is to understand business issues and then to document requirements and communicate solutions to non-technical teams
