About The Role

This is a pivotal position responsible for spearheading the acquisition, expansion, and strategic relationship management of some of Uber's largest Strategic partners within Argentina. You will lead and develop a team of ~3 Account Managers and drive significant revenue growth by building and expanding high-impact partnerships, ensuring the successful growth of strategic accounts in this key market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy, acquisition, and growth of Strategic partners in Argentina.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3 Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional growth.
  • Cultivate and expand C-level relationships with key partners, negotiating complex agreements to maximize impact and adoption of Uber solutions.
  • Develop and execute market-specific commercial strategies, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and align local and regional initiatives.
  • Develop high-level account strategies and consistently propose new ways to strengthen partnerships.
  • Drive P&L accountability, revenue targets, and ensure operational excellence for the Strategic accounts segment.

What you'll need

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or another quantitative focus.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sales or commercial leadership, specifically managing large Strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and secure C-level buy-in through strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Experience securing buy-in with executive-level external partners and using data to share insights and consult on core business objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, listening, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • 1+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

  • Experience in the tech, eCommerce, retail, or B2C internet industry.
  • Ability to flex your analytical skills and utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
