- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Being flexible & goal oriented with an agile mindset
- Knowledge of talent development practices and programs.
- Strategic thinking: Turn insights into concrete development plans that strengthen critical business capabilities.
- Data-driven decision making: Leverage metrics and analytics to support proposals and measure effectiveness.
- Business proximity: Stay close to strategic priorities and align talent development initiatives with business goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with leaders, managers, and diverse stakeholders, gaining visibility and impact across the organization.
- Process analysis: Contribute to shaping talent strategies and analyzing key processes such as performance retrospectives, FFL, potential assessments, and promotion cycles.
- Have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Enjoy solving problems and have a data-driven mindset.
