- +2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Ability to perform both functional and technical analysis.
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, processes, and specifications.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product-UX-IT).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban – desirable).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL, Power BI, Excel.
- Experience using management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead initiatives and work independently.
- Passion for challenging the status quo and proposing innovative solutions.
- Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and continuously learn.
