As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a single point of HR contact for managers and team members across your scope of responsibility. You are the primary HR contact person for different divisions Brady, PDC & SPC business units within the Brady Belgium organization.


Business partnership & compliance:

  • You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on all HR-related questions. Partner with line managers to provide employee relations advice on all HR policies and procedures.
  • You will ensure full compliance with local labor law, HR best practices, and existing Brady global and local HR policies.
  • Develop strong working relationships to become a trusted advisor who supports both employees and managers in navigating challenges.
  • Ensure correct and timely reporting and administration for your scope of responsibilities, maintaining accuracy as a foundational element of your role.
  • Provide key support to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with the HR team on different initiatives.
  • Talent Lifecycle Management

    • Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding experiences to respectful offboarding.
    • Support recruitment efforts to bring talent into the organization, including conducting interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Culture, Performance, Development & Wellbeing

    • Drive talent development by detecting learning needs and defining impactful learning plans for employee growth, in close collaboration with line managers.
    • Follow up on learning completion and effectiveness, ensuring our investment in people yields measurable results.
    • Setting high expectations of behavior and performance.
    • Become actively involved in Brady HR projects focused on employee development, talent management, organizational performance analysis, wellbeing, employee engagement, and company culture. You'll be instrumental in shaping our environment.


    What we are looking for in you

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
    • Dutch mother tongue. Fluency in English language is required. French is a plus.
    • High energy level, flexible, adaptable, collaborative and reliable personality; self-starter mentality and eager to learn new skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications.
    • Ability to build effective relationships within the organization
    • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to our different Brady divisions (Herentals, Nivelles).
