We’re looking for a Group Wallet & Payments Growth Lead to launch and scale innovative Wallet products and deliver measurable results across Iute Group markets.
About The Role
In this key role, you’ll lead go-to-market campaigns, growth programs, and promotions — taking responsibility for outcomes that directly impact our customers’ everyday financial lives, from payments and cards to digital accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of launches and growth campaigns for our Wallet products across multiple countries.
- Work with sales automation, marketing, commercial, product, and technology teams to bring products to market and scale them globally.
- Use the latest digital technologies, including AI and sales automation, to drive Wallet adoption and transaction growth.
- Have a direct impact on how customers use and experience innovative financial services.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services growth, sales, marketing, or business development (D2C).
- Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable results, with full accountability for outcomes.
- Background in retail banking, EMI, wallet-like services, or similar.
- Proven track record in ideating, executing, and managing GTM and growth initiatives.
- Results-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with subscriptions or affiliate models, product bundling, pricing strategies.
- Experience with sales automation tools and performance marketing.
- Shape and scale innovative financial services used by customers globally.
- Coordinate growth programs across Iute Group subsidiaries.
