As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Partner to help us shape, support and celebrate our most important asset, our people. This is a full-time permanent position.
About The Role
As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team and delivering best in class HR operations across the business. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will work closely with leaders and team members across the resort to support a positive, high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end to end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new team members
- Champion employee engagement, driving creative team building initiatives and wellbeing programmes
- Provide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managers
- Track and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision making
- Manage and execute key HR projects and initiatives that align with our values and business goals
- Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is people focused, solutions driven and passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have
- 3+ years' experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner role
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- An understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Confidence working with data, reporting tools and HR systems
- A proactive, hands on approach and a genuine passion for people and culture
