Professional Services Software Implementor (Payroll)
In this role, you’ll lead the onboarding and configuration of our software solutions—ensuring clients experience a smooth transition from kickoff to go-live.
Your expertise in payroll processes will be key to understanding client needs and delivering tailored configurations that support operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions focused on payroll requirements and configure software accordingly.
Manage implementation timelines, client expectations, and communications.
Deliver client training with a focus on payroll functionality and post-deployment support.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain clear documentation of all implementation activities and client feedback.
Work closely with the Finance team to resolve any invoice-related queries.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of payroll workflows and compliance requirements.
At least 1 years experience processing Payroll.
Experience with Quantum Payroll software is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in payroll implementations—either in-house or as a vendor.
What Success Looks Like:
On-time, smooth client implementations with minimal post-go-live issues.
High client satisfaction scores throughout onboarding.
Accurate records for audit readiness and continuous process improvement.
Contribution to refining implementation playbooks and tools.
