As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a dedicated People & Culture Partner to help us shape, support, and celebrate our most important asset—our people. This is a full-time permanent position.

About the Role

As a People & Culture Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team, and delivering best-in-class HR operations across the business. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to support a positive, high-performance, and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new team members
• Champion employee engagement, driving creative team-building initiatives and wellbeing programmes
• Provide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managers
• Track and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Manage and execute key HR projects and initiatives that align with our values and business goals
• Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is people-focused, solutions-driven, and passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner role
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• An understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and HR systems
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for people and culture
