To strengthen our Data & Analytics team in Latvia, we are seeking an experienced and curious Data Analyst (temporary position for ~ 2 years)

The Role

You will play a key role in turning data into measurable business outcomes.

Your mission is to help our commercial and marketing teams make smarter, data-driven decisions by translating analytics into insights, ensuring data quality, and optimizing our CRM and analytics platforms for maximum impact.

You will be at the intersection of business, data, and technology, helping to advance data-driven growth and enable the use of AI and advanced analytics across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Commercial Operations to turn insights into actionable business plans and measurable impact.
• Designing dashboards and KPI frameworks that link marketing and sales activities to funnel and performance outcomes.
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across systems and processes.
• Leading cross-functional data projects from pilot stage to scaling proven use cases.
• Contributing to AI and analytics initiatives that enhance customer engagement, efficiency, and commercial productivity.
• Translating complex data stories into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

We Are Looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business analytics, ideally in a commercial or marketing environment.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Business Analytics).
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, R, SQL, Scala, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience working with Data Lakes, CRM platforms (preferably Veeva or Salesforce), and AI/BI systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse stakeholders.
