Aerones — a world leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance — Aerones is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Systems Project Manager to lead operational system initiatives. In this role, you will own the implementation and adoption of key operations planning and logistics systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure these systems optimize operations, improve efficiency, and are fully aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and adoption of logistics and planning systems from project initiation to full deployment
- Coordinate system integration across departments, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Translate operational requirements into system functionality and workflows, ensuring practical, scalable solutions
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and adoption goals for each system
- Deliver regular reports, dashboards, and insights on project progress, adoption, and operational impact
- 3+ years of project management experience in logistics
- Proven experience in implementing and integrating operational planning or logistics systems (e.g., roster planning, fleet management)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams and departments
