About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Desk Specialist who is ready to take ownership of building and maintaining a well-structured service desk process.
This person will not only resolve incidents, but also ensure every request is logged, tracked, and closed properly - establishing a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Potential for future team leadership exists, though this is not guaranteed at the start.

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Desk Specialist who is ready to take ownership of building and maintaining a well-structured service desk process.
This person will not only resolve incidents, but also ensure every request is logged, tracked, and closed properly - establishing a culture of accountability and service excellence.
If you enjoy helping people, maintaining order in processes, and applying IT best practices - this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Set up user accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain office systems according to requirements
- Log and manage all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Ensure each user request is properly recorded, categorized, and resolved
- Escalate cases appropriately when needed
- Assist Infrastructure Administrators in daily operations
- Keep documentation up to date and contribute to process improvement
- Provide user support and training on new technologies
- Travel between company offices across the EU zone
- Experience as a Service Desk Specialist or Junior System Administrator
- Solid understanding of user workstation environments
- Basic knowledge of data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with major operating systems and platforms
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to process management
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS, or MDM systems is a plus
- Commitment to ITIL / best practices principles
- Strives to "do things right" - with documentation, ticketing, and communication
- Is comfortable both handling hands-on technical tasks and improving processes
- Treats users with patience and respect
