Savings and Deposits Product Manager

Now, we're looking for a Savings & Deposits Product manager to shape and grow our savings and deposit offerings across all three Baltic markets.

GET READY TO:

• Develop and improve savings and deposit products across the Baltics — from idea to launch.
• Lead cross-market initiatives and coordinate local implementation together with respective teams. 
• Work closely with digital, analytics, marketing, treasury, and sales colleagues to balance customer experience and business goals. 
• Track results, identify opportunities, and turn insights into tangible improvements. 
• Be the Baltic competence center for deposits — supporting teams with expertise and direction. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ years of experience in banking or fintech, ideally with savings, deposits, or everyday banking products. 
• A good grasp of how deposit products work — from customer needs to pricing and performance. 
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data. 
• Hands-on attitude: you like to test, adjust, and make things happen. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across countries and teams. 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for communication at the Pan-Baltic level.

• Monthly gross salary in Latvia ranges from €3.350 to €3.900 gross, and in Lithuania from €4,300 to €4,900 gross, depending on your skills and experience.
