We are seeking an experienced professional who will participate in the conceptual development of projects, manage HVAC-related scopes, and ensure smooth coordination across all project phases — from design to closeout.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Four-year technical education in HVAC, engineering, or construction management preferred;
  • At least 3 years of proven experience overseeing design-build and plan-spec HVAC works in residential and office construction projects valued between EUR 10 million and EUR 30 million;
  • Ability to effectively read and understand mechanical plans and specifications;
  • Knowledge and application of standards in system installation and commissioning (EN 14336:2005 “Heating systems in buildings – Installation and commissioning of water-based heating systems”; EN 12599:2013 “Ventilation for buildings – Test procedures and measuring methods for handing over installed ventilation and air conditioning systems”; ISO 10780:2002 “Stationary source emissions – Measurement of velocity and volume flow rate of gas streams in ducts”);
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction technologies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English;
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft application skills;
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license;
  • Must have valid EU work authorization


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the conceptual development of projects and manage their organization, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate closely with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to identify and resolve design-related construction issues;
  • Oversee procurement of major HVAC equipment. Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met;
  • Manage all administrative aspects of contracts and company policies, including reporting, change orders, billing, and expenses. Work closely with administrative and accounting teams to communicate financial details to relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure timely submission of plans, project permitting, and full compliance with inspection requirements and regulations;
  • Lead the project closeout process, including punch list completion, preparation of as-built drawings, organization and delivery of IOM manuals, filing of testing and balancing reports, and management of warranty items;
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation;
  • Must have valid EU work authorization
