About the Role

Chaseit AI is transforming the financial industry with Voice AI-driven debt collection software. We're building our platform from the ground up as it evolves into a comprehensive Loan Management System – and we need a frontend engineer who's as excited about this challenge as we are.

You'll have real ownership over complex financial workflows, user management, and AI-driven features, working with React and TypeScript against our .NET REST API. We don't want someone who just implements designs – we want a developer who thinks deeply about user experience and isn't afraid to challenge assumptions and propose better solutions.

What We Expect From You

You're someone who:

• Can work onsite in Vilnius – you're either based here or excited to relocate and join our team
• Actually enjoys the intensity – you're energized (not drained) by working hard when it matters, including late evenings and weekends during critical pushes (we work 9-9-6 during key launches)
• Takes ownership naturally – when something needs to get done, you just make it happen

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of ReactJS and TypeScript experience (3+ years strongly preferred)
• UX-focused development approach – experience in proposing and implementing UX-driven design solutions, not just coding to specifications
• Deep understanding of modern TypeScript and ReactJS patterns, including:
• Advanced state & context management
• Component composition and reusability
• Functional programming paradigms
• Test-driven development practices
  

Technical Stack Experience

We need someone familiar with our core technology stack:

• Build Tools: Vite
• Data & Routing: TanStack Query, Router, Table
• Testing: Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright
• UI Libraries: Experience with at least one major UI library (Mantine UI strongly preferred, but MaterialUI, Chakra UI, or AntD experience also valuable)
  

Bonus Points

• Enterprise Software Experience: Background working on large-scale management software (CRMs, ERP systems, or similar complex business applications)
• Generative AI Interest: Curiosity or experience with integrating AI features into user interfaces
• Financial/Fintech Background: Understanding of financial workflows and compliance considerations
