We are expanding our product team and are looking for a Product Manager to help shape one of PortalPRO’s core projects focused on the Polish market.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing one of PortalPRO’s strategic products, connecting the product team, clients, and business units.

You’ll translate the company’s product vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring every solution aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from concept and planning to delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, business) to define requirements and drive implementation.
• Act as the key link between clients, stakeholders, and the product team to maintain a shared product vision.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
• Analyze product performance, collect insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure alignment with PortalPRO’s strategic direction and contribute to measurable business growth.
• Support product launches in cooperation with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

 What You Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic yet hands-on mindset, with the ability to turn vision into execution.
• Experience with SaaS, PropTech, or marketplace products is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Polish or other European languages are an advantage).
• A genuine interest in how technology can transform property management and insurance.
