The Business Analyst position we are looking for involves a blend of three areas: business analytics, process optimisation (including CRM management), and participation in key organizational projects.



What will you be doing?

  • Analyze and summarize complex data (foreign direct investments sector trends, markets) to generate data-driven insights that help make strategic decisions.
  • Prepare summaries, dashboards and product performance analysis to identify trends and to support decision-makers or internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of analytical tools, offering training and consultation to end-users.
  • Oversee key operational processes related to project and KPIs tracking, optimize internal processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of the data flow into our Salesforce CRM ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and structure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share insights and best practices internally through workshops, mini-trainings, or best practice sharing sessions.
  • Participate in cross-functional data-driven projects such as Lithuanian investment ecosystem mapping or client satisfaction (NPS) research.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of analytical tools, offering training and consultation to end-users.
  • Provide proactive support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.


What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, mathematics, business management or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience as analyst, researcher, or in similar positions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis. Previous experience with any CRM software would be an advantage.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations, effectively communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Willingness to learn best Salesforce.com practices.
  • A self-driven, structured mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
