ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a BI Analyst in Digital department your role will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data from a variety of sources to identify business trends, patterns, and insights.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely and properly develop the necessary data models, information tables and reports that allow responsible persons to understand the Company's performance indicators and make data-based decisions.
• Work with large datasets to extract, transform and upload data to data warehouses.
• Develop and implement data visualization tools and techniques for presenting complex data in a user-friendly format.
• Identify options for improving and optimizing processes based on data analysis.
• Within the scope of competence, to prepare and manage all documentation of data collection and analysis processes and procedures.
• Integrate data from various sources and monitor internet performance in relation to the entire multichannel business.
• To cooperate with the Company's employees in various fields in order to determine business requirements, recommend solutions and implement changes.
• To perform other legitimate tasks specified of the manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer literacy or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of reporting and / or analytics in the e-commerce or financial services sector.
• Experience in the field of mobile, digital payment service and maintenance.
• The ability to communicate fluently orally and in writing in English.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as PowerBI reporting, Data Analytics, SQL, Web Analytics, Segmentation, Excel, BI Software, Google Analytics.
• Experience using T-SQL with extensive datasets, including stored procedures, UDFs, SSIS.
• Experience in working with business analysis and reporting tools in Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, etc.
• Experience in the application of ETA concepts.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data storage concepts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills, result orientation.
• Great attention to detail, the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, to set priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication skills, the ability to convey complex questions to any audience.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from 30.000-35.000 euros annually. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
