My Mission :


As a Software License Administration , you will support the effective management of software assets and licenses for our client in the financial sector. You will help ensure data accuracy, compliance with licensing agreements, and contribute to optimizing software usage and costs, in line with established policies, procedures, and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date software license and entitlement records.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements through regular audits and data verification.
  • Identify and correct data issues to enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Optimize software usage and costs by tracking underused licenses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and maintain license and contract data.
  • Support continuous improvement of software asset management processes and cost optimization initiatives.


  • Your skills : Solid understanding of software license and contract management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of MS Office and Teams.
  • Strong analytical, data management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAM/ITSM tools (e.g., Flexera, BMC, PeopleSoft, Business Objects) is an asset.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously.
