Fullstack Developer - Agentic AI

ABOUT YOU
You are a curious and adaptable full-stack engineer with a strong foundation in GenAI technologies. You thrive in exploratory environments and enjoy working on cutting-edge AI initiatives. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating in small teams, and contributing to both technical development and strategic thinking.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Collaborate in a small team to explore the potential of agentic AI through predefined use cases
• Build and test GenAI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLMs
• Support knowledge transfer to internal teams as part of a broader AI capability strategy
• Contribute to other GenAI squads when needed, including chatbot development and intelligent document processing
• Operate flexibly in an evolving environment with shifting priorities and emerging use cases

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience writing clean, testable code
• Skilled in cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in working with APIs and integration tools like Kong
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration
