ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Product Designer you will play a key role in designing and refining digital experiences. Responsibilities include:

Research & Strategy

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors
• Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis
• Plan and execute user testing sessions
• Gather and interpret requirements to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate design principles

UX Design

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Define and refine user flows and interactions
• Ensure designs align with user needs and business goals

UI Design

• Create and refine UI components following the design system
• Contribute to the design system when new components are needed
• Develop high-fidelity screens for implementation
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design assets

Collaboration & Validation

• Validate designs with the Design Lead and key stakeholders
• Conduct design reviews before and after development to maintain quality
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation

Hard Skills:

• Strong foundation in design fundamentals such as typography, Gestalt principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and grid systems.
• Ability to defend and justify UX decisions made throughout the process
• Identify new product improvement opportunities.
• Elevate the quality of the product and the team with quality and elegant visual design.
• Understand information architecture concepts and interaction design theories, such as heuristics.
• Build handoff documentation.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes for medium-complexity flows.
• Review implemented work for design Quality Assurance & test designed flows.
• Ability to work with different teams simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with other designers in the team to maintain consistency across all platforms
