Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for risk assurance and fraud management solutions, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and success metrics specific to risk and fraud projects.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data science, engineering, and security), stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop robust mitigation strategies to proactively address project and operational risks.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular, clear status updates to stakeholders and senior management across different time zones.
  • Identify and resolve project-related conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery methodologies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a strong plus.
  • More than 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in the domains of risk assurance, fraud management.
  • Must have flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate a global team and client base.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
