JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Product Developer who will be responsible for managing the development process of customized products for loyalty campaigns – from concept to the final product.

This person will work closely with the Head of Development as well as with internal and external teams to ensure that all products meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, cost targets, and delivery deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

·     Translating ideas and project requirements into concrete development steps and finished products.

·     Ordering, reviewing, and coordinating product samples with suppliers and other project stakeholders – from the first prototype to final approval.

·     Coordinating the preparation of technical documentation, certifications, packaging, and ensuring compliance with EU standards.

·     Actively researching and identifying suitable products and suppliers in line with company standards and supervisor instructions.

·     Negotiating with suppliers to maintain competitive prices and optimal collaboration conditions.

·     Attending domestic and international trade fairs and events to build relationships and discover new business opportunities.

·     Monitoring market trends and analyzing supplier offers to ensure the best balance between quality and value.

·     Closely collaborating with other departments (procurement, design, logistics) to coordinate all project phases.

·     Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor within the company’s processes.

We expect independent and responsible work, a good sense of priorities, the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently, and a goal-oriented approach.

Attention to detail and initiative are key to success in this role — we’re looking for someone who can combine operational execution with strategic thinking and enjoys finding effective solutions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

·     Has experience in product development in the textile and/or kitchenware categories (small household appliances, cookware, ceramics, etc.).

·     Has experience in product development, procurement, branding, or marketing.

·     Is highly organized, precise, and capable of managing several projects simultaneously.

·     Possesses strong negotiation skills and communicates effectively with suppliers.

·     Is fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).

·     Is proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·     Is familiar with project management tools (ideally Asana).

·     Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn about new materials and production processes.

·     Is flexible and willing to travel internationally (Germany, China, Italy, etc.), occasionally on weekends or during holiday periods.

WE OFFER:

·     Work in a dynamic, international team where every project is different.

·     Long-term collaboration and opportunities for professional growth.

·     Full-time employment.

·     Competitive salary starting from €1,500 gross, depending on experience.

·     Performance-based bonuses and incentives.

·     A creative and diverse work environment where you will help develop products for renowned European and global brands.
