Harmony Auto, the authorized distributor for BYD vehicles, is proud to announce the opening of its new branch in Slovenia!

To support this exciting growth and build a strong team in the new market, we are looking for a motivated and experienced:

HR Specialist (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

- Actively participate in setting up and developing the HR function for the new market

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes

- Handle employment administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws

- Provide HR advisory support to management

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in Human Resources (experience in international or start-up environments is an advantage)

- Solid knowledge of Slovenian labor and employment regulations

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in Slovenian and English (Chinese is an advantage)

- Proactive, independent, and enthusiastic approach with a passion for building a positive workplace culture
