Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team in Novazzano

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to internal and external audits, and support quality-related initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Defining and reviewing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system processes and related documentation.
  • Planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on internal and external audits.
  • Supporting the management of CAPAs, SCARs, and non-conformities.
  • Assisting in the execution of company projects under the responsibility of the Quality Assurance lead.
  • Supporting data collection for management reviews.
  • Reviewing tool validation test protocols.

Requirements:

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automation, Healthcare, or Medical Devices industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medical and Quality Management Systems/Regulations, HSE Management Standards, and auditing techniques and methods.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable; able to manage and prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and propose practical, concrete solutions.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
