We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support and optimize HR processes across the organisation of one of our clients. This role offers hands-on involvement with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors, providing an opportunity to become a key contributor to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR data within SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a first point of contact for system-related inquiries and operational questions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English.
