Umbra is a new, fully remote indie studio founded by veteran developers. We’re fully financed and building our first original game with a small team of talented professionals.
We’re looking for a Junior Game Producer who wants to grow inside a real team — someone organized, proactive, and passionate about how great games are made. You’ll help align design, art, and tech through communication, planning, and attention to detail, with mentorship and room to evolve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Design, Tech, or a related field
- Some hands-on experience in game projects — indie or professional (internships count)
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn production tools (Jira, Slack, etc.)
Bonus:
- Background in another game development field (design, art, tech)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Miro
- Spanish (a plus — a good part of the team is based in Spain)
