For our international pharma client we are looking for a Technical Project Manager - Drug Product (m/f/d).
Location: Visp
Workload: 100%
5 days per week onsite
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager - Drug Product to lead strategic expansion and capacity increase projects within Drug Product Manufacturing. This role is critical to supporting production ramp-up and ensuring technical excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers, driving project execution while ensuring compliance with EU GMP Annex 1 and other regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects to expand manufacturing capacity and support production scale-up.
- Provide expert input into project design, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage project governance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement best-practice processes in line with industry and regulatory trends.
- Manage change controls, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle deviations related to equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to establish and update operational procedures.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing (Drug Product experience preferred).
- Proven track record in project coordination or management within pharmaceutical production.
- Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of cGMP and EU Annex 1 requirements.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
- Agile and adaptable, able to deliver under pressure and shifting priorities.
