What you will do:
The HR Tier 1 Operator is responsible for delivering first-level HR support services to employees across multiple geographies (France / Belgium). This role involves handling employee queries, maintaining HR Knowledge Base, managing HR data transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of HR services within MyPortal (ServiceNow HRSD Application). The PSD Specialist plays a key role in maintaining employee satisfaction and supporting the self-service HR tools and knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Service Delivery
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Process HR transactions including data entry, document management, and workflow initiation.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of Tier 1 HR cases in alignment with SLAs.
2. Employee Satisfaction & Self-Service Support
- Monitor and report on employee satisfaction KPIs related to HR services.
- Promote and support the use of self-service HR tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive HR knowledge base.
3. Compliance & Data Integrity
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
- Support audits and data quality checks.
4. Collaboration & Escalation
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 HR teams for case escalation and resolution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
- Familiarity with HR systems (ServiceNow) and case management tools.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus (French / Dutch ).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
