What you will do:

The HRSD Functional Lead & Process Automation is responsible for the harmonization, automation, and cross-entity alignment of HR processes on the ServiceNow HRSD platform, with a specific focus on Life Cycle Events (onboarding, offboarding, crossboarding).

Acting as a key liaison between local and global teams, this role plays a central part in the functional governance, employee journey optimization, and solution consistency across the Group

Responsibilities:

1. Functional governance & process consistency

  • Ensure the consistency of Life Cycle Event journeys in compliance with the global HRSD Core Model.
  • Align local specificities (reported by LSOs) with global standards defined by the GSO.
  • Contribute to the application of functional governance rules defined by the Core Model Lead (data model, service typologies, SLAs, ownership) within the scope of Life Cycle Events.
  • Drive the documentation of cross-functional journeys and contribute to the PSD reference frameworks.

2. Review & harmonization of Life Cycle Events

  • Coordinate review workshops for onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding processes with local and global teams.
  • Identify gaps and alignment opportunities across entities.
  • Propose standardized, adaptable, and business-compliant target employee journeys.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, Security, Payroll, Facilities, and other stakeholders.

3. Process automation & continuous improvement

  • Design or oversee workflow implementation using Flow Designer to streamline LCE processes.
  • Identify and define automation opportunities in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Participate in functional testing, UAT, and production follow-up.
  • Analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the functional roadmap.

4. Transversal support & coordination

  • Act as the functional escalation point for digital HR processes related to LCE.
  • Coordinate inputs and feedback from Local Solution Owners and consolidate enhancement requests.
  • Contribute to the training and facilitation of the functional community (workshops, feedback sessions, best practices).
  • Take part in RUN / BUILD coordination routines with PSD and IT teams.

  • Strong analytical and structuring abilities.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, with political awareness and diplomacy.
  • Result-driven and committed to continuous improvement.

Education & experience:

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR process digitalization, including at least 2 to 3 years on ServiceNow HRSD or a similar HRIS platform.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional coordination or process ownership in an international context.
  • Fluency in English is required.
