We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Team!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, implementing and overseeing the Accelerate program. He/she will ensure alignment with organizational goals, optimizes resource use and guarantees successful delivery within scope, time and budget constraints.

What you will do:

  • Define the ACCELERATE roadmap and objectives in line with our strategy;
  • Plan the overall program, update the planning and monitor the progress through governance meetings;
  • Coordinate multiple projects (for example: Accelerate Life Products, API Layer & Front, Pass Upgrade), ensure coherence, identify the interdependencies among them to maintain a clear overview and ensure that each project progresses smoothly without any conflicts or delays;
  • Lead cross functional teams and manage internal / external stakeholders;
  • Ensure program governance;
  • Manage and utilize resources across projects to ensure that our resources are utilized optimally and that there is no duplication of efforts. This will involve regular communication and coordination among project teams;
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements;
  • Manage the main program documents (planning, budget, exco / steerco presentation, NPC, reportings…);
  • Provide strategic guidance to the program Sponsor, this will involve regular reporting, as well as ensuring that the program sponsor is kept informed and involved in the decision-making process;
  • Provide regular updates to sponsor and top management and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Ensure quality, performance and change management across all program phases;
  • Foster collaboration to drive transformation.



Profile:

  • Project or Program management expertise;
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation;
  • Risk and budget management;
  • Ability to drive change and decision making;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in banks / insurance / financial services / IT services;
  • Practical knowledge of project management, project methodologies, PMI, PRINCE2, AGILE.
