• Availability to work in shifts: 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00 and 2 weekends/month.
• Availability to work exclusively from the office

📋 Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all customer support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Log trouble tickets accurately and prioritize them based on urgency and issue type.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret alarms and fault indicators to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of all network services.
• Oversee and coordinate all network maintenance activities and related events.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client and network-related issues.
• Create, update, and close all tickets promptly and accurately.
• Assess incidents to identify areas for improvement and escalate enhancement requirements as needed.
