Relocasa is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who not only wants to build a reliable and scalable product, but also contribute with new ideas, experiment with modern solutions, and be a driving force in shaping the future of our platform.

As our new senior developer, you’ll have a high level of trust and freedom, and your expertise will play a central role in discussions about the company’s technical direction. You’ll be involved in the entire development process — continuously adding new features, improving technical architecture, optimizing performance, and adapting the product for local needs in international markets.

You’re a self-driven problem solver who takes initiative and enjoys technical challenges. You probably have experience from scale-ups or smaller product-focused companies, where you’ve taken ownership and worked creatively to move the product forward.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment — who wants to influence technical decisions, work closely with Product, UX, and other developers, and help take a successful scale-up to the next level.

• Take ownership of the entire development process — from idea to release — and actively contribute with your own ideas and technical insights
• Have a key voice in shaping the company’s technical direction and architecture
• Optimize technical architecture and application performance
• Collaborate with developers and designers in continuous release cycles, driven by real user feedback

• At least 5 years of experience in frontend development
• Experience building large, complex web applications
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native or similar)
• Solid understanding of component-based design and working with design systems
• Bonus: familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
