To drive our continued success in the Nordic market, we are now looking for a strategic and commercially driven Regional Product Manager (HD/HDS).
Preferred Location: Rødovre (Denmark), Gothenburg (Sweden), Oslo (Norway), or Nurmijärvi, (Finland).
Your Key Responsibilities
In this key position, you will be the strategic force behind some of our core Professional product categories. You will be the knowledge leader for your portfolio in the Nordic region, responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from launch to phase-out, with a clear focus on maximizing profitability and market share. This is a dynamic role where you will shape assortment strategies, coordinate impactful launches, and ensure our products meet the needs of the market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop Product Strategy: Define and execute the product and assortment strategy for your portfolio, managing the entire product lifecycle to maximize profitability and market share.
- Generate Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities that will inform strategic decisions and product development.
- Manage Pricing & Financials: Develop and optimize pricing strategies across the region to ensure they are both competitive and profitable. You will monitor product performance against KPIs and provide proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Lead Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to orchestrate successful product launches and promotional campaigns, developing compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Act as the Product Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic knowledge leader for all product-related inquiries, providing timely information and support to local teams across the Nordics.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Take accountability for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information in our internal systems (PIM, KeC) for your product portfolios.
- Drive Innovation & Forecasting: Actively identify opportunities for product innovation and work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain team to provide accurate forecasting and inventory management support.
Essential Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of product management principles and the full product lifecycle.
- Professional level English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, fairs, and conferences.
- Experience within a relevant industry (e.g., industrial equipment, B2B technology, or cleaning).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in pricing strategies and budget management.
