As Lead Product Manager at RedGIFs, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product vision — driving growth, engagement, and retention across our platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and leadership to build data-informed, user-centric experiences that meet both creator and business goals.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Lead Product Manager in a consumer-facing tech company (e.g., social media, marketplace, gaming, or community-driven platform).
- Demonstrated ability to influence growth, engagement, or retention metrics through owned features or experiments.
- Deep understanding of growth frameworks and metrics (DAU/MAU, activation, retention, churn, virality).
- Strong grasp of user psychology, community dynamics, and behavioral drivers.
- Balances short-term impact with long-term product vision and understands how to connect product development to business outcomes.
- Skilled in A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and combining quantitative data with qualitative insights (interviews, surveys).
- Writes clear, actionable user stories and manages a disciplined product backlog.
- Experienced in agile product development and iterative delivery.
- Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and executives.
- Empathetic, growth-minded leader with the ability to influence without authority.
- Resilient, curious, and ambitious — ready to grow into a future Chief Product Officer role.
This role is long-term and project-based and requires the following tasks and deliverables:
- Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful product initiatives.
- Design and run data-informed experiments that validate assumptions and drive user growth and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure success and guide iteration.
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain a structured and outcome-oriented backlog.
- Act as an advocate for RedGIFs’ creators and users, ensuring product outcomes enhance both experience and trust.
- Translate business goals into clear, achievable product objectives.
- Provide direction and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Contribute to RedGIFs’ strategic vision and prepare to evolve into a senior leadership (CPO) role as the company scales.
