Your Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be the guardian of the Kärcher brand identity, creating impactful and visually compelling content for all our Nordic channels. You will ensure consistent, high-quality communication that resonates with both our Professional and Home & Garden audiences. A key part of your role will be to efficiently adapt global materials for local markets, leveraging innovative design techniques and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and creativity.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Create & Guard Our Brand Identity: Creating original tactical advertising materials (both print and digital) and developing visual assets like photography, video, and illustrations that bring our campaigns to life.
  • Adapt & Localize Global Content: Skillfully adapt marketing materials from our global headquarters to fit regional Nordic needs, ensuring cultural relevance and market effectiveness while using AI and other technologies to streamline the localization process.
  • Manage & Distribute Creative Projects: Oversee creative projects from initial concept through to final execution and distribution, ensuring that local marketing and sales teams receive materials on time and are equipped for proper implementation.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work in close cooperation with Product, Content, and local teams to develop communication materials that effectively target both our B2B and B2C audiences.

Your Profile

You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building brands through compelling visual communication. You have a keen eye for detail and excel at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Essential Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, art direction, graphic design, and concept development.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design abilities across different media.
  • Proven experience working with AI tools to improve efficiency in design and content workflows.
  • Professional fluency in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, mainly within the Nordic countries.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience creating HTML5 banners.
  • Deeper knowledge of content adaptation and localization best practices.
