Graphic Designer with a touch of Motion in Stockholm, Sweden
A Stockholm-based game studio building playful digital worlds for curious minds around the globe is looking for a Graphic designer with a motion designer edge to join their in-house marketing team.
The role sits within a small, collaborative team focused on performance marketing, app store optimisation (ASO), and paid digital campaigns. The team is expanding its responsibility for App Store content, which means an increasing share of the work will focus on graphic design and formatting of still assets.
While motion graphics and basic animation are still part of the mix, the core of this role is graphic design. You’ll collaborate with other designers to create static and motion-based content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels and app stores.
This is a hands-on production role, ideal for someone who’s structured, design-focused, and happy working across both stills and video edits.
What you’ll be doing
- Design static assets for app stores and paid marketing campaigns
- Create motion-based content such as simple edits and animations
- Adapt designs across platforms and formats (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, ASO)
- Follow brand visual guidelines and maintain design consistency
- Collaborate with other designers and producers in the team
- Handle localization, formatting and versioning tasks as needed
- Receive and act on creative feedback from platform stakeholders
- Stay updated on relevant design and motion trends
Who they’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in design or motion design
- A graphic design background, with some hands-on experience in motion
- Comfortable with production-focused tasks like format adaptation and localization
- Strong understanding of composition, layout and visual hierarchy
- A portfolio that shows both still and motion work in a campaign or digital context
- Positive, collaborative and curious, someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
- Open to working with both repetitive and creative tasks
- Bonus if you’ve worked with performance marketing or app content before – but not a must
- Software knowledge
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with video platforms: Understanding the specs and requirements for different digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, App store etc).
- Experience using Figma
This is a 12-month temporary role based in Stockholm, with a hybrid work setup.
The hiring process is moving fast, and the role has an immediate start. It includes a short design task and interviews with the creative team.
