We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our client with a strong focus on customer information and data quality to join a dynamic team working at the intersection of business and data management.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customer data is accurate, reliable, and actionable — a critical foundation for data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.



About the Role


You will be part of a Customer Insights & Information team within a business unit focused on customer and market operations. You will also collaborate in a cross-functional team dedicated to improving and monitoring customer information quality.

Together, you’ll ensure that information governance is effectively embedded into daily operations through analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with:

Information Stewards, responsible for ensuring correct and consistent data handling.

Information Owners, with overall strategic responsibility for customer information.

Business stakeholders from various departments and technical backgrounds.

IT teams, supporting platform development and data management processes.



Key Responsibilities


Analyze and monitor the quality of customer information across systems.

Perform data profiling, validation, and quality testing to identify improvement areas.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and implement data quality measures.

Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.

Contribute to defining and refining data quality methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Support and guide colleagues in understanding and using customer data effectively.



Required skills:


Experience working with large datasets and data analysis.

Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Spark (or equivalent technologies).

Experience with Azure Databricks or similar cloud-based analytics platforms.

Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and business teams.

Fluent Swedish



Meriting skills:


Experience with data profiling or data quality testing.

Familiarity with data governance or information management frameworks.
