As Head of Business Process and Analysis at our Stockholm HQ, you will drive continuous improvements of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and support our long-term strategic and sustainability goals. You will also empower the department to evolve from isolated metrics to a holistic, data-driven understanding of performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Head of Business Process and Analysis, your main contribution will be to strengthen operational excellence and enable data-driven decision-making across the Product & Design department. You will report to the Production Director RTW, Quality and Business Analytics. You will play a vital role in aligning business processes with strategic goals, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable results by:
- Develop and apply frameworks to evaluate business process initiatives against strategic priorities
- Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear performance metrics
- Lead process improvement projects and ensure smooth implementation across teams
- Build and maintain a KPI framework aligned with strategic and departmental objectives
- Deliver insights through dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions
- Oversee key operational processes including production order placement, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
- Safeguard data quality and consistency across systems
- Act as a strategic link between the team and senior stakeholders to align priorities and resources
- Ensure team efforts align with collection calendars and company deadlines, offering hands-on support when needed
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports in line with Acne Studios’ core competencies

Specific personal qualities for this role:
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Flexible and collaborative leader comfortable with driving change
- Passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in business process improvement, operations, or strategy within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI and BPM platforms
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to translate corporate goals into clear actionable initiatives
- Fluent in English
