Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join an international engineering team building a modern trading and pricing platform for structured financial products.

The role focuses on backend development in C#, designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance services used by global business teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating reliable systems from the ground up and modernizing existing internal tools into stable, cloud-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# / .NET.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to deployment and production support.
• Modernize and migrate existing internal applications (e.g., Excel/VBA tools) into .NET-based systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.
• Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with global engineering and business teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements.
• Take ownership of the backend architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience in C# development and solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices - including unit testing, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and/or RESTful API design.
• Strong sense of ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a distributed global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Nice to have
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud (GCP) or Azure.
• Experience in financial systems, risk management tools, or trading applications.
