YOUR TASKS
- Obtain tasks from Team Lead or supervisor and execute the tasks within set deadlines and specified quality objectives.
- Independently develop features and perform bug fixes from backlog.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Report to Team Lead or supervisor about feature readiness/quality and raise red flags in crisis situations.
- May have a primary impact on the wider operational objectives.
- Participate in functional and architectural design of assigned features.
- Research and evaluate technical options to implement assigned features.
- Constantly seek for daily routine quality improvement.
- Provide estimations of feature scope and split it into tasks.
- Work in close contact with team members or other relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility during the negotiation process.
- Follow established software development processes.
- Provide training for other team members on his/her area of responsibility.
- Conduct technical interviews with external and internal candidates according to his/her capacity per week.
- Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.
- Constantly improves his/her professional level.
- Follow established Company policies and processes, pass obligatory trainings.
- Good expertise in React and TypeScript – proven experience in building scalable applications using component-based architecture.
- Good skills in CSS and responsive design – ability to create visually appealing and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with React Query or similar libraries for state management and API communication.
- Familiarity with UI documentation tools such as Storybook or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of backend and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) – ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and pipelines related to React applications.
- Proven ability to optimize performance and build interactive, user-friendly applications.
- Strong collaboration skills – ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and clearly document technical processes.
