YOUR TASKS


  • Obtain tasks from Team Lead or supervisor and execute the tasks within set deadlines and specified quality objectives.
  • Independently develop features and perform bug fixes from backlog.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Report to Team Lead or supervisor about feature readiness/quality and raise red flags in crisis situations.
  • May have a primary impact on the wider operational objectives.
  • Participate in functional and architectural design of assigned features.
  • Research and evaluate technical options to implement assigned features.
  • Constantly seek for daily routine quality improvement.
  • Provide estimations of feature scope and split it into tasks.
  • Work in close contact with team members or other relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate flexibility during the negotiation process.
  • Follow established software development processes.
  • Provide training for other team members on his/her area of responsibility.
  • Conduct technical interviews with external and internal candidates according to his/her capacity per week.
  • Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.
  • Constantly improves his/her professional level.
  • Follow established Company policies and processes, pass obligatory trainings.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Good expertise in React and TypeScript – proven experience in building scalable applications using component-based architecture.
  • Good skills in CSS and responsive design – ability to create visually appealing and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with React Query or similar libraries for state management and API communication.
  • Familiarity with UI documentation tools such as Storybook or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of backend and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) – ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and pipelines related to React applications.
  • Proven ability to optimize performance and build interactive, user-friendly applications.
  • Strong collaboration skills – ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and clearly document technical processes.
