We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Service Delivery team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As the Career Delivery Leader for the Global Services Delivery (GSD) organization at Mercer, you hold a pivotal position that combines strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Career Products and Services.

We will count on you to:

You will oversee a diverse team of approximately 1000 professionals, across multiple countries, including large teams in India and Poland. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will report directly to the Mercer GSD Leader and act as a Mercer Operations & Technology (O&T) representative in multiple regional and global business (Career) forums, as well as being a member of the GSD and Career leadership teams. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in career services, product management, and a passion for driving transformation in the industry.

In your capacity as a member of the Career Delivery Leadership team, you will contribute to the firmwide strategic agenda, including thought leadership on the future of work, including Artificial Intelligence’s (AI’s) impact. You will also actively contribute to our growth strategy and execution, aligning products, services, and solutions to the market as appropriate.

What you need to have:

  • in Career/HR services/product/transformation, consulting/advisory, or operations within multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a substantial P&L or client revenue
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships across diverse functions and cultures.
  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Degree in business, finance, economics, psychology, human resource management or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
