We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and play an important role in delivering People Operations services.
This position involves providing essential support in areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, depending on the organization’s needs. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
This hybrid position requires working three days a week from our Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in key People Operations areas, including Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on business needs
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems, ensuring compliance and precision
- Ensure that HR processes and documentation align with internal policies and legal requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for operational and compliance-related tasks
- Work collaboratively with the People Team to improve workflows, enhance employee engagement, and support team initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in team environments
- Experience working in multicultural or diverse settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care and professionalism
