We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our People Operations function.
In this role, you will provide essential operational support across various areas, including Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs. To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support in one of the core People Operations areas, such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on organizational requirements
- Manage and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Update and maintain employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ensure HR documentation and processes adhere to internal policies and legal regulations
- Assist in generating reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the broader People Team to enhance processes, improve employee experience, and support team-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high accuracy
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
